一、概述Outline

QJ(D/S)DX型精小型氣動(dòng)橡膠蝶閥是由氣動(dòng)活塞式執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和襯里蝶閥組成，屬旋轉(zhuǎn)類控制閥。
該產(chǎn)品以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力源，接受控制儀表的4-20mA信號(hào)(或開關(guān)信號(hào))，通過電-氣閥門定位器(或電磁閥)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)閥門的連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)(或位式控制)。
橡膠襯里蝶閥是一種閥體內(nèi)腔襯有橡膠的防腐蝕蝶閥。控制腐蝕性流體不與閥體接觸，閥體可用普通鑄鐵或碳鋼，由此降低蝶閥的成本。襯里材料有各種橡膠可供選擇，還可更換。
該產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，輸出力矩大，性能優(yōu)越。蝶閥通常適用于控制密封要求比較高的腐蝕性流體。

QJ (D / S) DX-type fine small pneumatic rubber valve is pneumatic piston actuator and lining butterfly valve, is a rotary type control valve.
The product is compressed air as power source, to accept 4-20mA control signal meter (or switch signals), through the electric - gas valve locator (or solenoid valve) to achieve the continuous adjustment of the valve (or bit control).
Rubber lined butterfly valve is a body cavity lined with rubber anti-corrosion butterfly. Corrosion control and body fluid does not contact the valve body can be an ordinary cast iron or steel, thus reducing the cost of butterfly. There are a variety of rubber lining materials available, can be replaced.
The product is simple, the output torque, and superior performance. Control valve normally sealing requirements for high corrosive fluids.
