一、概述Outline

QJ(D/S)R型精小型氣動O型切斷球閥一種轉(zhuǎn)角為90°的旋轉(zhuǎn)類控制閥。它由氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機構(gòu)和O型球閥組成，閥芯采用圓柱形通孔球體。QJ(D/S)R型為軟密封球閥、QJ(D/S)RY型為硬密封球閥。
該產(chǎn)品以壓縮空氣為動力源，接受集散控制系統(tǒng)(DCS)，可編程控制器(PLC)等開關(guān)信號，通過電磁閥可實現(xiàn)對閥門快速位式控制。
該產(chǎn)品采用直通型鑄造閥體，球面經(jīng)特殊工藝加工和硬化處理，使其表面光滑耐磨，具有壽命長、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、動作可靠、流通能力大、流阻系數(shù)小、安裝方便及良好的切斷性能等特點。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于造紙、石化、冶金、航天、食品、醫(yī)藥、水處理等行業(yè)，特別適用于高黏度和含有纖維介質(zhì)的工藝控制。
氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機構(gòu)可分為單作用和雙作用兩種。雙作用使用在失電或失氣時，閥門處于失電或失氣時的位置，以確保繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)。單作用在失電或失氣時，閥門處于原始極限位置(全開或全閉)，以確保生產(chǎn)過程處于**位置。
